Guardian Kane.
The loop that makes an agent's "done" something it has to prove — not just say.
Guardian Kane is a reviewed, phased, scope-guarded verification loop wrapped around Claude Code — not just a Stop-hook check (that's where it started; the current build spans twelve numbered phases). Every PRD use-case and generated test has to clear a review gate before it counts as real. A phased task tracker attributes every task, claim, and file to a build phase. Per-task verification then drives a real local browser through a scripted test plus an independent defect sweep before a task can advance to KANE_VERIFIED — three failed attempts escalate to a human instead of looping forever. Underneath that: a local Jaccard-similarity bug-memory store, a real-time scope guard, a secret-scan security gate, file-level task locking, and a four-tab dashboard (code graph, memory graph, PRD graph with gaps & drift, live activity) with a chat bridge straight into the running agent. Proven across four paired A/B builds — including the flagship ORBITAL financial dashboard — where the Kane-gated build caught real functional and visual defects an unassisted baseline shipped straight to "done."
