A credit layer for Polkadot that scores a borrower from on-chain behaviour rather than an oracle feed, so there is no price or reputation input to manipulate and nothing to bribe. Scoring runs across two runtimes at once through hybrid EVM and PolkaVM atomic calls, and the resulting score travels between parachains over XCM, which means a borrower's history follows them instead of restarting on every chain.
